NEED NEW MUSIC TO LISTEN TO?! CHECK OUT DECA

As we travel all over the world, one thing we find everywhere is a hunger for new tasty tunes. Something thankfully there is no shortage of in the world, thanks to the ever changing wonders of technology. Musical instruments are more accessible and widespread than ever before. Nothing attests to that than the constant influx of new dopeness being created in bedroom studios, garages, and storage units. In order to keep up with that, we figured we should start shedding some more light on some underground or “emerging” artists that deserve you aural attention. So without further ado….

OUR FIRST ARTIST YOU NEED CHECK OUT:  DECA   GENRE: HIP HOP

So Deca is a super dope producer/lyricist. I say lyricist specifically because the way this guy crafts his word reminds me of a blacksmith who goes through all sorts of rigorous training in an apprenticeship in order to attain mastery at his craft. Deca definitely delivers. His bars are unparalleled, and so introspective that the self produced instrumentals interspersed are necessary to comprehend just what he is putting forth. I have both of his most recent albums in constant rotation. Check out both his albums, Forest Agates and The Ocean. It may sound bold, but both albums are masterpieces and sucha journey to listen through front to back. Though it may be traditionally classified as hip hop, it definitely is a mix of electronic, classical, jazz, soul, and features some of the dopest vocal samples I’ve heard in a while.

Notable tracks for me personally were Waiting, Neykia(instrumental i love attempting to freestyle to lol), Angel Butter, First Light. Ahhh they’re all dope honestly.

fingers crossed maybe one day we can collab with this guy, cause i love his message of enlightenment. dude is all about the realness.
